Customer Care: customercare@rockabye.com…Inspection reminder: UPS 7 day inspection period:  When you receive your rocker (or multiple rockers for retail customers), please be sure to inspect it to make sure that it was not damaged in shipment.  You have 7 days to contact UPS to claim damages in shipment or to contact Rockabye for any non shipping related issues.  UPS will pick up any damaged shipments and notify Rockabye to send out a replacement.   If there is a defective issue unrelated to the shipping, contact Rockabye immediately and we will exchange it for the same style or for any of our other styles at that same price point.  Rockabye does not do cash refunds for retail customers or consumers but we will be glad to replace the rocker if it arrives damaged or defective.
